Energy can be made and injured by our mental and emotional responses to situations that arise or we are exposed to. Therefore creating positive thoughts, attitudes and perceptions is without question crucial to our overall health and wellbeing.
Energy that is injured and held within ourselves becomes stuck and can lead to inflammation, pain, and illness. Releasing stuck energy can be achieved through self reflection and self expression.
