Appointments and Fees How do they work and what do they cost?
Initial Consultation - $150.00 The initial consultation is 90 minutes in length. It includes collecting a detailed history of your health so we can identify and most effectively treat what may be causing the presenting health and wellbeing concerns you have. Some screening tests may be carried out to additionally clarify the origin of your concerns and check overall health and wellbeing. Your goals and treatment options will be honestly discussed to create a collective framework for healing, creating a peaceful path to wellness and achieving your goals. Follow-up Visits - $90.00 Follow-up visits are 60 minutes long and entail reviewing assessment, making any changes and/or additions to treatment plans where necessary, monitoring progress and providing patient education.
Acute Consultation - $45.00 Acute consults are 30 minutes long and are to provide symptomatic relief only for acute issues like colds and flu, pain (period pain), anxiety/panic attacks and others. Acute consults are also to assist you to improve your immune system and implement infection and prevention strategies. If you are not sure if your issue is acute in nature please contact us to check and we will advise you.
Iridology - $70.00 Includes a 30 minute appointment which entails a brief discussion about your main health concern(s) and photos of your irises will be taken and a detailed report of findings will be e-mailed to you within 7 - 10 business days. Please note no treatment advice will be given at the time of this appointment nor in the report of findings.
*Prescriptions Prescriptions are charged in addition to consultation fees and will be discussed with you, if we recommend them as part of your treatment.
Do I have to attend the clinic for my appointments? Ideally, we would like to see you in-person, as being able to initially assess non-verbal communications and conduct in-house screening tests is a vital part of our practice as a holistic and natural healthcare provider. However we do understand and acknowledge that some situations do not always allow for what is ideal and we would prefer to be accessible to you wherever you are. So, we offer consultations by virtual telehealth and by phone.
Appointment Cancellation Policy If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking(s) please give 24 hours notice or fees apply. Fees apply to all no show patients who fail to attend without notice.
Where can I park? Street parking is available on George street or if you wish you are welcome to park in the driveway during your in-clinic appointment time.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment? You do not require a referral to see us. However if another healthcare professional has suggested that you see us, a referral can be helpful.
What if I am still not sure? We are happy to meet you for a 15 minute complimentary virtual meeting in order to answer your questions about our scope of practice and treatment options. Please bear in mind that this is not a formal consultation. We cannot give you any treatment advice without doing a full assessment which would require 90 minutes.

Once an In-clinic booking has been made the full address will be supplied with a booking confirmation.
Forms for New Patients Please complete a new patient intake form and consent form, to be emailed back to the email address supplied on form before your first telehealth appointment or bring it with you to the first in-clinic appointment in order to save time and assist history taking.
