The Food and beverages we consume provides us with knowledge and nutrients we require to function correctly. If we do not receive the right knowledge our health and wellbeing is more susceptible to carrying around unnecessary baggage that does not belong to us.
If we overeat beyond what we need or the food and beverages we consume gives us faulty awareness we can become inflamed, malnourished and put at risk for developing acute and/or chronic diseases, infections, illnesses, moods, ailments and conditions.
