Fear causes emotional and mental paralysis, similar to a mouse trapped in front of a cat hunting it for prey, incapable of moving!
We try to steer clear of fear, but when we are completely surround by it, we have to cope with it! Facing up to your fears isn’t easy to do, but with a bit of help, it can bring you courage to make your next move in the face of feeling fearful!
The next time you feel fearful take time to become aware of your body and its sensations. You don't have to stay paralysed by fear!
